The Problem
Why Most Fort Worth Bathroom Remodels Never Start
You know what's wrong with the room. The tub you step over to reach the shower. The tile that was beige when the house was built. The exhaust fan that never clears the mirror.
But between finding a designer, getting a real price, picking tile, scheduling a plumber and a tile setter, and learning what a 1960s house is hiding behind the wall, most Fort Worth homeowners get stuck before demo day.
It's not because a bathroom is complicated. It's because you're being asked to hire four different companies to do one room. That's the old way. We built a better one.

What Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost in Fort Worth?
A new vanity and fresh tile is one project. Moving the shower, relocating plumbing, and bumping out a wall is another. A refresh that keeps everything where it is tends toward the low end of the range. We bill cost-plus with a transparent markup, so you see real costs instead of a padded bid, and you get the number before we start.
Hall or guest bath
$20,000–$55,000
4 to 8 weeks of construction
Primary bath
$63,000–$120,000
8 to 10 weeks of construction
Full primary suite
$75,000–$200,000+
10 to 16 weeks of construction
That's a ballpark from what we've already published, not a quote. Finish level and scope swing these numbers a lot. The real way to know: schedule a free consultation. We walk the room, then Team Up puts a drawn layout and a real number in front of you.
Our Process
Three Steps, One Team
The designer who draws it, the drafting team who details it, and the crew who sets the tile all work for the same company, on the same budget.
Meet Up — Vision + Budget
We come to your house for a free consultation, walk your bathroom, listen to how you use it, and talk honestly about budget before you commit to anything.
Team Up — Game Plan + Pricing
After Meet Up you get a Game Plan: the scope, a price range, and a timeline. Then our designer and drafting team draw the layout and walk you through selections. No vague bids.
Glasses Up — Build + Walkthrough
One crew builds it, and you see any change on the ledger before we spend money on it. Then we walk the finished room with you and raise a glass.
The Why
Why Fort Worth Homeowners Remodel Their Bathrooms
Every bathroom has a different story. But they all lead to the same thing: a bathroom that fits the house and the people in it.
The Garden Tub Nobody Uses
A 1990s primary bath spends half its floor on a tub that hasn't held water in years. A walk-in shower gives the room back.
The Morning Bottleneck
One hall bath, three kids, and a school bus. A second sink and a better layout change how every weekday starts.
The Builder-Grade Bath
Beige tile, an oak vanity with a cultured-marble top, a bar of bulbs over the mirror. Original to the house and past its time.
Aging in Place
A curbless shower, a bench, and grab bars that look like they belong. A bathroom that lets you stay in the house instead of moving.
Selling in the Next Few Years
We list houses too, so we can tell you which choices a buyer pays for and which are just for you. Remodel now and you get to use it before they do.
Staying in the Neighborhood You Love
You're not leaving Tanglewood or Arlington Heights over a bathroom. A remodel lets you stay and finally have the room you've been picturing.

Renovate or Sell
Not sure whether to fix the bathroom or sell the house?
Sometimes the tired bathroom is the whole problem. Sometimes it's the symptom. We remodel homes and we list them, so we can walk you through both sides without pushing you either way.

Bathroom Remodelers Across Fort Worth and DFW
Every city has its own permit office, and every neighborhood has its own kind of house. We know both, so your project doesn't get stuck.

Fort Worth
Home turf. Most of the bathrooms we've finished are here, a short drive from our Bryan Avenue office.

Mansfield
Our second office is on North Main Street in downtown Mansfield, and we've already finished a primary suite in town.

Arlington
Mid-century ranches near the core and 1980s subdivisions farther out, both inside our 25-minute radius.

Burleson
Builder-grade baths from the 1990s to the 2010s, with garden tubs nobody has filled in years.

Benbrook
Lake-side ranches from the 1960s through the 1980s, with bathrooms that are often still original.

Aledo
Newer custom and semi-custom homes in east Parker County, where the job is usually the bath and the closet next to it.
Bath work puts our crew in your house every day, so we stay close: our area is roughly 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. In Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, and North Richland Hills, we take larger bathroom projects, mostly primary suites, because the drive has to be worth the crew's day.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Don't see your question? Ask us at your free consultation.
Schedule a Free ConsultationWill you really take on just one bathroom?
Yes. We remodel whole homes, and we take on a single bathroom as its own project. The designers and crew who do the whole-house projects are the ones who do this one.
What does a bathroom remodel cost in Fort Worth?
A hall or guest bath runs $20,000–$55,000, a primary bath $63,000–$120,000, and a full primary suite $75,000–$200,000+. Those are the ranges we've published; the calculator shows what moves the number.
How long does it take?
Construction runs 4 to 8 weeks for a hall bath, 8 to 10 weeks for a primary, and 10 to 16 weeks for a full suite. You get a real schedule up front.
Can you move the shower or the plumbing?
Usually yes, and it's the decision that moves the number most. Moving plumbing on a slab is meaningful work: usually $3,000 to $10,000 per fixture moved, depending on access and pipe routing. Keeping the fixtures where they sit is what holds a room toward the low end of its range. We tell you which side of that line you're on during drafting, not after demo.
Where do you work?
Fort Worth and the towns within about 25 minutes of downtown: Mansfield, Arlington, Burleson, Benbrook, Aledo. Two offices, one on Bryan Avenue in Fort Worth and one on Main Street in Mansfield. Farther out we take larger projects, mostly primary suites, and our drafting team can still draw for you anywhere.
What if I'm not sure whether to renovate or sell?
We're one of the few Fort Worth companies that both remodels and lists houses, so we can answer either way. Start on the renovate-or-sell page, then bring the question to the consultation.
Don't Let the Planning Phase Kill the Remodel
Every month you keep thinking about it is another month of fighting over one sink. Another guest you apologize to before they see the hall bath.
The homeowners who finally remodel aren't the ones with unlimited budgets. They're the ones who stopped trying to figure it out alone.
The worst outcome isn't remodeling wrong. It's never remodeling at all.
